Do you have any larger or smaller Fish Flop sizes?
Currently our footwear ranges in size from 1–10.5 UK (34/35–44/45 EU & 4–11.5 US). Larger and smaller sizes are in the pipeline but will not be launched for a number of months 🐟
Will your largest Fish Flop size fit my size UK 11 feet?
Most likely yes! Coddies largest size 9.5/10.5 UK (10/11 US & 44/45 EU) fit most UK size 11 feet but they may be tighter fitting if you have wide feet. You’re always welcome to return/exchange them if this is the case 🙂
Where abouts is my order?
On the way! Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days in the UK and 5-7 working days for worldwide delivery following the shipping confirmation email. We use the British Royal Mail postal service which is very reliable but there can occasionally be delays. Please be patient if this is the case and be sure to check any local parcel drop-off depots where they could be located 📦
Why doesn’t my order tracking number work?
We have two shipping options at checkout – untracked and tracked. We have very few issues with untracked delivery but if you want to be safe then be sure to select tracked delivery. All shipping confirmation emails have a tracking number but the number will only be functional if you selected tracked delivery 🎁
Do you ship to my country?

How long will it take to reach me?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world within 7 working days. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We deliver all orders within the UK via Royal Mail parcels and globally via standard tracked shipping. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. Orders placed before 2 PM GMT are processed on the same day. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days in the UK and 5-7 working days for worldwide delivery following the shipping confirmation email we will send 🇬🇧
How much will shipping cost me?
All of our shipping rates are subsidised to give you the best world-wide shipping price. To find out the shipping cost of your order, add everything you like to the basket and click forward to the checkout to review shipping charges. Shipping is free of charge for orders over £20 in the UK or £35 for free worldwide shipping ✈
Can I return my order?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item please get in touch. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item 🔙
Can I exchange my order?
You sure can, follow the same procedure as above for returns but be sure to let us know what you would like to exchange them for ♲
How can I order?
Have a good look around our shop and add any products you like to your cart by clicking 'Add to cart'. Once all your items have been added to cart, click the small cart icon at the top right of your screen and from here click 'Checkout'. From here you are able to input your address, select shipping and make payment. We accept most forms of payment including credit/debit card, Paypal and Google pay.
Upon order completion we will send you an order confirmation email and keep you updated about the progress 🚀
Is duty and tax added to the order?
No need to worry about these, all duty and tax is included in our retail prices 😄
Can I buy from you wholesale?
